Most great learning happens in groups. Collaboration is the stuff of growth.
They pay us a visit on the island of Samos to choose the terroir and work with us at the vintage period. After the guided tour in the best vineyards, we all prefer the volcanic soil, which is tight & dry as the best for this project.
The "Greek Connection" project started with the best prospects and as a result, was created two labels, a dry muscat & a maceration one.
There is more to come with this Collaboration, the first year was undoubtedly successful, and we are looking forward to the next year's vintage!!!
