We came for gastronomy, once again prepared the dinner at the Excelsior Hotel Gallia for the guests of the Io Bevo Cosi. With several friends chefs, including the amazing brothers Vincenzo and Antonio Lebano hotel's resident's chefs.
We prepared a vibrant,flavorful, fine dining dinner prepared in alliance with the Excelsior staff, which was very patient and full of understanding for our needs. The dishes developed over the course based on recipes that get the best out of the finest raw materials and fair production processes, thanks to a combination of particular ingredients.
After the dinner we all we enjoyed the luxurious facilities of the hotel, and all the guests relish our Samos 1958 & Solera with cigars opening the late happy hour at the hotel's roof Bar
