We harvest our grapes at night,

when they are at their best phenolic maturity,

and we use amphorae to macerate for 30 days.

This allows us to create a balanced, gastronomic wine

that has an intense character.

Our process is designed to ensure that every drop of wine

that we produce is of the highest quality,

and we are committed to creating a wine that you will love to drink.

To preserve the fruity and floral characteristics of the grape

and to create a bright and fresh flavour profile,

we use the carbonic maceration method, which is a process

that involves fermenting whole grape clusters

in a carbon dioxide-rich environment.

After the carbonic maceration process, the grape must be transferred to barriques for maturation.

The wine remains in these barrels for at least two years

when it undergoes further fermentation and maturation.

This process helps to develop the wine's tannins, bouquet,

and complexity, resulting in a rich and flavorful wine.
