The first exclusively wine bar in Athens Heteroclito celebrate five years of existence, so they invited us to create food & wine pairing for this occasion!!! When the wine paired with the right food, the combination seems to make the entire experience just magical.

The difficulty in Heteroclito is that it has a tiny bar with no fire or cookstove, so some things we prepared at our kitchen and the entire 'meal' was at the ambient temperature. After some tests and corrections, we ended up with the pairing.

Cucumber / Wakame Domaine Oikonomou Assyrtiko
Mussels / Potato Zulu Guili Guili

Due to the aid from the Heteroclitos excellent staff, all the guests had a great moment despite the tiny space.
