Wander by Paris has shown that a small company with limited resources can change the way people perceive Greek gastronomy. Wise innovation has made all the difference. At Wander by Paris, we are always looking for the limits of the gastronomic experience. Members of the Slow Food movement from 1996 and cultivating a multicultural mentality, we have pushed the boundaries beyond our time. In 2002, we built the bases on the island of Santorini. These foundations have allowed us to transform and evolve outside of Greece. In 2006 in Paris, the creation of l'Olivier demonstrated a very high level of efficiency and creative longevity, forever changing the paradigm of Greek Gastronomy, thus paving the way for the bistronomic movement.
In 2016, we felt empowered to promote a new challenge on the island of Samos, adding some completely new experiences and choices.
