IS POSSIBLE

Our decision to settle on the island of Samos driven by the desire to slow down, observe the world, and like passionate artisans, we are, to create some excellent wines by supplying the best possible fruits. 
In this ally are the island's exceptional vineyard and the experienced winegrowers, among with our twenty years experience in the wine industry.
We live in the idea that some of the best things in life involuntarily revealed, and you have to enjoy them and appreciate them as good wine. We are using the permaculture method for the vine cultivation, and we do handpick harvest. only if it needs we apply biodynamic practices. 

We do not spray with pesticides or herbicides. When it comes to turning those handpicked grapes into juice, we rely on native yeast, no use of any additives in the winemaking process. After we took the juices out of gravity, we try to discreetly guide the fermentation, based on our experience and our observation in nature, using wood barrels, clay amphoras and concrete egg tanks.
